cases, we use the very best couriers available, not the cheapest,
however there are exceptions to areas we can deliver to without large
surcharges being applied to a specific consignment.
Please
understand that if you live somewhere remote we have to make a profit
on what we do or we will also disappear like so many others have trying
to make and distribute goods within Australia.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE:

We reserve the right to refuse
"shipping included" delivery to some areas due to risk of loss,
inability of receiver to sign for delivered goods or courier applied surcharges.

Sorry, no rural/ farm or residential deliveries are
included in "shipping included' sales of this item and delivery cannot be upgraded.

Due to the weight and size of this
order, under Australian workplace regulations, it MUST be machine
handled even though you may be strong enough to lift it and we are glad
if you are!
Accordingly, delivery is offered exclusively to our carrier's closest local depot or to a
manned commercial address your may nominate with forklift and driver
unloading facilities and open normal business hours Mon-Fri.
We are not able to advise the day or time a specific delivery may take place.
